When customer reports a defect, the customer service agent registers a case in CRM system. The case is replicated to Jira where developers interact manage all development. Developers access customer contact information in Jira to interact and gather more information to rectify a defect. The defect is resolved and the case is closed. All development issues can be tracked against a particular case in CRM system.

Salesforce – HPE ALM
